The characteristics of cemented carbide material determine the importance of the safety operation of the blade of cemented carbide foot cutting machine. Before installing the blade, please take protective measures to avoid unnecessary personal and property safety loss caused by falling blade.

1. Audio inspection: when installing the blade, please use your right index finger to carefully hook up the blade and make it hang in the air. Then gently tap the blade body with a wooden hammer, and listen to the sound from the blade body. For example, the blade with voiced sound has been damaged by external force, and there are cracks and damages. This blade should not be used immediately. It is forbidden to use the blade of the foot cutting machine that emits voiced sound!

2. Blade installation: before blade installation, please carefully clean the dust, chips and other debris on the mounting surface of the rotating bearing of the foot cutting machine, and keep the bearing mounting surface and the foot cutting machine clean.

2.1 place the blade carefully and stably on the mounting surface of the bearing, and rotate the bearing of the foot cutting machine by hand to make it align with the blade center automatically.

2.2 install the pressure knife block on the blade of the foot cutting machine and align the bolt hole with the bolt hole on the bearing of the foot cutting machine.

2.3. Install the hexagon bolt and fix the blade firmly on the bearing with the hexagon wrench.

2.4 after installation, the blade shall not be loose or skewed.

3. Safety protection: after the blade is installed, before starting the foot cutting machine, the safety protection cover and other protective devices on the foot cutting machine must be installed in place and play a real protection role (the blade working room on the foot cutting machine should be equipped with safety baffle, steel plate, rubber and other protective layers).

4. Operating speed: the working speed of the foot cutting machine should be limited to less than 4500 rpm. It is forbidden to operate the foot cutting machine beyond the speed limit!

5. Test run: after the blade is installed, run for 5 minutes without load, and carefully observe the operation condition of the foot cutting machine. No obvious loosening, vibration and other abnormal sounds (such as obvious axial and end face runout of the bearing of the foot cutting machine) are allowed. In case of any abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine immediately and ask the professional maintenance personnel to check the cause of the fault and confirm that the fault is completely eliminated before use.

6. In the cutting process, please advance the circuit board to be cut at a constant speed. Do not push the circuit board too fast. When the circuit board and the blade collide violently, the blade will be damaged (crash and crack), and even serious safety accidents will occur.

7. Storage method of blade: it is strictly forbidden to write or mark on the blade with electric engraving pen or other scratch methods to prevent damage to the blade body. The blade of the foot cutting machine is extremely sharp, but very brittle. In order to avoid personal injury or accidental damage to the blade, do not touch the human body or touch other hard metal objects. The blades to be used should be properly kept by special personnel, and should not be put aside casually to prevent the blade from being damaged or causing accidents.

8. The premise of production efficiency is the same as safe operation, cutting operators must follow the relevant requirements to make the blade of the foot cutting machine work safely on the cutting machine.
